The contributions received for the Program are generally non-refundable. However, the contribution may be refunded only if the participant/s fall within the exceptions set out hereinbelow:

• 1. Participants may request a refund up to 5 working days before the start of a program but no later than 90 working days from the date of making payment of the program contribution.
• 2. A request for refund received less than 5 working days before the start of a program or even after the start of the program, may be entertained only under exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen events including force majeure events leading to program rescheduling or cancellation. 
• Note: National holidays, Saturdays and Sundays shall not be considered working days for the purposes of this policy.
• Refunds, when processed, may take up to 21 working days for online contributions made through the standard registration link.
